Client: Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA) Botswana
This SEZ is situated in the norther part of Gabarone, directly south of the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport and north of the Diamond Hub and Innovation Hub. Boulevard One forms the first construction phase for the SEZ.
This chapter outlines the landscape design approach. This approach extends from the one outlined for Boulevard One. The approach focuses on the creation of a successful public realm – with specific emphasis on the streetscape and the pedestrians who will populate it. The approach is also informed by environmental and ecological design.
